Job description

UG2 is seeking temporary event support janitorial staff at Gillette Stadium. The Event staff will perform various duties relative to the pre-cleaning, during event and post event cleaning activities of the building. They are responsible working under the instructions of the site management and supervisor team, specifically to maintaining the cleanliness of the building for all aspects pertaining to the event. Employees need to be active and visibly cleaning all public areas throughout the course of the event. Other duties include answering work order requests, inspecting building for any maintenance issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Employees must be in uniform and maintain professional appearance throughout event.
• Employees must be actively performing duties while in public and client facing areas of the venue. Proactively performing specified cleaning duties after the patrons of the venue.
• Ensure excellent levels of customer service.
• Adherence to event safety standards

Job Tasks Include

• Trash/Recycling Runner - Police concourse for any trash and debris that is left behind by employees, patrons or other facets of the operation. Use of tilt truck to replace trash liners and recycling liners throughout concourse, suites or club levels.
• Concourse Porter / Matron - Maintain cleanliness of concourse throughout event. Duties include actively cleaning spills of food and beverage, cleaning and organization of furniture and seating as needed, spot cleaning of floors and fixtures, disinfection of high frequency touchpoint.

• Restroom Porter/Matron- Maintain cleanliness of facilities throughout event. Duties include disinfection of touchpoints, replenishment of supplies, spot cleaning of floors and fixtures.
• Suite / Club Level Porter / Matron - Maintain cleanliness of clubs and suites throughout event. Duties include actively cleaning spills of food and beverage, cleaning and organization of furniture and seating as needed, replenishment of supplies, spot cleaning of floors and fixtures, disinfection of high frequency touchpoint, trash removal and liner replacement.

Requirements:

· Diligence and attention to detail.

· Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

· Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.

· Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

· Any and all other duties as assigned.
