Apply your knowledge and expertise to the team as you conduct research, discover, download, create and update viewing capabilities for the geospatial data and products of The National Map and National Geospatial Program (NGP). Requirements
- Must have Public Trust investigation (US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident for at least 3 years)
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and 5+ years of experience
- Must have knowledge and understanding of CI/CD concepts
- Experience with a geospatial software library (e.g., ArcGIS SDKs or APIs, Leaflet, OpenLayers, Mapbox GL JS, GDAL, etc.)
- Experience with programming language JavaScript and Python
- Experience with Git Version Control
- Experience with libraries and software tools such as React / Vue, NodeJS
Desired
- Experience with Cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, or CGP)
- Familiarity with an infrastructure-as-a-code framework (e.g., AWS Cloud Development Kit, Cloud Formation, Terraform)
- Experience with Linux shell scripting / Bash
- Experience with Redux
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with RESTful API
- Experience with ArcGIS for JavaScript

Salary: $90,000 – $95,000
