JOB DESCRIPTION:
Installs, configures, calibrates, and repairs technical products and systems at shop location. Provides exceptional customer service and technical aptitude for servicing vehicles and maintenance in a fast-paced environment. Entry-level position typically requiring some prior knowledge or experience. Responsibilities: •Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on installed products and equipment •Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves malfunctions of a moderately complex nature •Determines when products should be upgraded or replaced •Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation Skills/Qualifications/Physical Requirements: •Must have a valid driver’s license •Able to bend or stand at least 80% of the time •Capable of working any day of the week including Sundays •Must be able to lift 50lbs at one time •Basic computer skills.
