Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop contextual and engaging calendar marketing plans across MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions (MAES) digital toolset. Closely, with the digital marketing manager, he/she will analyze and interpret insights from marketing strategy and use those to guide plan development, while considering best practices. In addition, bring a continuous learning mindset into the role to achieve established KPIs.

Job Responsibilities

• Manages global digital marketing calendar working closely with the global marketing communication team.
• Oversees Google Ads text through third party agency; regularly reviews campaign tactics and performance to identify and achieve optimization and growth
• Establishes email marketing calendar plan and see-through execution (Atlas) based on available registration database; identify audience targeting, curate content, and analyze post-email results
• Leads calendar development of mobile marketing activities to reach and drive customer engagement/conversion through app portfolio
• Manages social media channels activities and scores, through programs including marketing campaigns, and by contributing to “voice-of-customer” efforts
• Engage on PR-related activities as requested
• Supports product-oriented campaign activity through account-based marketing

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing professional
• Demonstrated experience with building an omnichannel experience that drives results
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Social media, management, and tracking experience (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) including SEO management and contact development.
• Ability to multitask and be accountable in an exceptionally fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders
