Bessemer Trust is seeking an Analyst to join the Global Plus Operations Team in Woodbridge, New Jersey. The ideal candidate has experience in financial services, trust, and custody operations along with familiarity with trust accounting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the operational units that use Global Plus
• Research and document user issues and follow through with vendor to ensure resolution
• Understand and document enhancement requests
• Work with internal teams to schedule, test and implement enhancements, and core code changes in Global Plus
• Coordinate quarterly Global Plus release testing tasks with operations, IT, and system vendors
• Monitor and review system performance and scheduling
• Provide off-hour support as needed
• Provide input to the vendor management process

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years industry experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the financial services industry

Desired:

• Experience working with trust accounting systems
• Experience working with Global Plus is a plus
• Background in Trust and Custody Operations
