SUMMARY
We are looking for energetic individuals that would like to join a fun team. We are looking for someone with a dynamic personality to work on a team with the goal of creating a wonderful experience for our patrons. Clubhouse staff is an integral part to our organization where associates take care of all needs of our patrons. You will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to our patrons during daily operations as well as dedicated events. You will need to provide and maintain Health Department standards and quality customer service to our guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list represents the types of duties required by the position. Other duties may be assigned as reasonably expected.
Serve as a representative of the City of South Bend, demonstrating a positive attitude and progressive actions through the display of professionalism, courtesy, and appropriate tact and discretion in all interactions with other employees and with the public.
Attend trainings, meetings and orientation.
Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area and prep station; while maintaining proper standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Clear and reset workstation and kitchen at conclusion of each shift
Assist in the daily and weekly clean up of facilities.
Help unload and restock inventory.
Prepare lunch, dinner and snacks out of the kitchen and ensure a consistent, high quality product for patrons.
Balance POS System after each shift and prepare deposit slips for bank deposits and taking responsibility for overages and shortages.
Keep track of inventory and inform the Director of Food and Beverage when inventory is low.
Assist with special events as needed.
