Graduate Communications Coordinator
Job Description
The Graduate Communications Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and oversight of a comprehensive marketing and communication plan for graduate enrollment at the University of Tulsa. The coordinator will assist the Senior Operations Manager in ensuring that appropriate messaging and marketing materials are in place to support inquiry generation activities and that incoming inquiries are engaged through multiple channels including print, social media, and email throughout their prospective student life cycle as well as through term-to-term enrollment activities. Some travel required.
CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES :
- Assist with development and implementation of a communication plan for all graduate inquiries and applicants
- Liaise with internal and external marketing teams to ensure coordination of efforts and compliance with brand guidelines and policies
- Coordinate an email marketing drip campaign that engages prospective graduate students and applicants throughout the admissions process including content development, list maintenance, delivery and ongoing analysis
- Ensure regular updating and inventory replenishment of print materials for marketing and recruitment purposes
- Maintain appropriate social media presence for graduate admissions and enrollment
- Coordinate phone campaigns at key times in the admissions funnel to encourage application, enrollment and continuing registration
- Attend recruitment related events on and off campus
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; work experience in office or administrative setting; and excellent oral and written communication skills (including editing and proofreading)
