Full-time Grain Operations - Neligh, NE

Responsibilities/Duties/Authority Responsibilities

· Well-Maintained facilities and equipment
· Good working relationship with customers and employees
· Following of all safety and regulatory policies and procedures
· Exhibit integrity and professional attitude
· Respect for all people

Essential Duties
· Maintenance & Housekeeping of grain equipment
· Reporting to location manager of grain operations, problems, and inventories
· Monitoring and ensuring high quality grain condition in bins
· Ensuring movement of grain to and from facility as directed by location and department manager
· Loading/unloading of customer trucks and wagons with grain products
· Loading/unloading of company trucks with grain products
· Mowing, trimming, and general upkeep of facility and equipment
· Load feed products for customers
· Operate forklift in warehouse
· Operating company equipment as needed (payloader, bobcat, tractor, forklift)

Secondary Duties

· Assist energy and agronomy departments as assigned
· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Education
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience/Licenses/Certifications

Preferred: 1-3 years Agricultural and/or mechanical experience
· Equipment operation experience
· Developed communication and people skills
