Here are the Core Responsibilities: 
- Generate and Review Master scheduling sheets for full weekly hours each week
- Process all Time off requests into master sheets
- Update and schedule employees into Verint across all lines
- Schedule expected Offline time, and advanced time off requests via L.O.B. expectations
- Provide scheduled hours and schedule expectation to managers and lob directors for approval prior to publishing.
- Review Heat maps and forecasting data to provide scheduling adjustment Recommendations to the LOB
- Correct any noted scheduling inaccuracies and maintain active agent audits
- Provide detailed recommendations on schedule adjustments due to forecasted need

You will need to have:
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Undergraduate or some college preferred)
- 2 years WFM or relevant call center experience preferred
- Proficient with computers (I.E Excel, Teams, forms, ETC)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Business Casual Dress Code
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
