WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Responsible for guest relations support for Market Partners and to handle consumer inquiries and reviews on directories, email, phone calls and third party support
• Answer all calls in a professional manner and tone
• Provide solutions for guests who are dissatisfied following company protocol
• Escalating critical calls for a supervisor action
• Answer calls from Market Partners and transfer to appropriate team for handling
• Review performance of Market Partners on filling orders, reaching out to those who are not confirming orders to understand the issue. Disable Market Partner and refer to Customer Success Manager for action if needed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service/ Guest Relations Role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word preferred
