Habilitation Nurse LPN.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Nurses assist with medication administration, assessment of client’s health, communicate with physicians and ancillary services, and act as shift supervisors when a House Manager isn't present.
- Nurses also provide daily support to individuals with disabilities, in the individual’s home and community, with activities like personal hygiene, and meal preparation. Starting wage $20.80/hr. First raise after 90 days.
Work Schedule:
- Open positions for 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a full time, part time, PRN, and flexible shifts available.
