Job description

We're hiring an experienced Handy Man who has a great passion for home and apartment repair and enjoys working with his hands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in an independent environment, has a strong attention to detail and is capable of making quick decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a basic level of home maintenance to tenants.
• Provide home maintenance services to apartment building.
• Install drywall, seal room joints, install baseboards, patch walls, repair floors, repair doors and windows, hang ceiling fans, replace electrical outlets and switches, caulk necessary spots in bathrooms, repair flooring, plaster repairs, execute make ready's for unit turnover, communicate with property manager promptly, etc.
• Must provide references on work and character and interview in person.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
