We are seeking a Testing Specialist Admin responsible for the daily operations of the Health Information Services (HIS) Department. This role ensures the protection and confidentiality of protected health information in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned tasks and assist in inventory and maintenance of assigned equipment and supplies
• Maintain proficiency or receive routine training in procedures and guidance based on assignment
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the patient registration portal on site
• Work will be accomplished as part of a larger mobile team
• Individual will be assigned to a specific district mobile unit
• Work will begin and end at a predetermined location and time
• Personnel will ride to and from sites in the mobile unit unless otherwise authorized by direct supervisor
• Agency will provide all supplies and equipment necessary to perform assigned tasks

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven computer application experience (Zotec, SharePoint, Outlook)
• Prior customer service experience
• Healthcare patient experience
• Prior experience working in a professional setting
• Effective written/oral communication skills

**This role requires daily travel primarily within Cambridge City and surrounding counties
