With a work from home environment the next Healthcare Director of Self Insurance Program will work with and report to the VP of Finance and business operations, and the executive leadership team that oversees the Stop loss programs. They will be working directly with Account Managers (AM), Account Executives (AE) and Underwriters (UW) on renewal and new business stop loss strategies to successfully meet the Organizations Health Plan growth and financial objective. The Healthcare Director of Self insurance program will Serve as the key resource and liaison between stop loss carriers, AM, AE, UW, ASO groups, and consultants as it relates to stop loss contracting and performance. They will Oversee and manage stop loss department operations to assure that standards of excellence are met and tracked with actionable reporting and appropriate testing and auditing. They will Provide supervision, development and support to stop loss analysts to assure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements and service level standards
