Buckeye Home Health Care is looking for an experienced Recruiter who is familiar with the health care field. The position is an in office position with a Monday-Friday, 830a-5p schedule.

The recruiter would be responsible for finding and attracting qualified candidates for open positions across all companies, including those in Indiana and Michigan.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with department managers to identify staffing needs, accurate job descriptions, and hiring criteria
• Manages job postings and advertisement process
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates for positions
• Schedules interviews with department managers; communicates next steps with candidates
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Attends and participates in job fairs, as needed

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare field, preferred
• At least 2 years of of recruitment experience, preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
