Job description
The Michael-Ann Russell Jewish Community Center in North Miami Beach is seeking a Hebraica Department Youth Leadership Program Director. This position will plan, develop, and administer programs to provide recreational, social and cultural opportunities, activities and programs for the Center's youth membership which includes Jewish continuity and community leadership. This position will also be required to take several out of state and international trips including spending 4 weeks out of the country. The ideal candidate must have the ability to travel internationally; experience supervising and leading youth group programs that specialize in leadership building; must have a working knowledge of Israeli culture; experience working with Jewish educators and developing workshops; experience in a multicultural environment; have the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments as well as multiple partner organizations and must know how to develop curriculums.
