The Recruitment Specialist at BEST Crowd Management specializes in putting the right talent in the right place to deliver tailored, world-class security solutions. There’s a lot more to effective crowd management than just dotting a venue with security personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
- Develops recruitment programs and collateral to attract applicants and to high volume roles
- Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leads
- Initiates contact with candidates for job openings; leads hiring events and job fairs
- Develops recruitment programs (e.g., fundraising groups) and identifies leads to engage and schedule appointments to discuss the organization and its opportunities
- Coordinates participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs and other community events
- Develops and maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants
- Makes public presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities
- Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants
- Coordinates communications with applicants.
- Processes new hire files and maintains employment records
- Assists in applicable licensing for various positions
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills
- Customer Focus – maintaining awareness and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Initiative – Engages in proactive behavior and looks for new opportunities
- Adaptability – Responds effectively to changes in situation or information

- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- One to three years of related experience or equivalent education
- Ability to pass a background check
Working Environment:
The position is an office-based position with requirements to work at or attend scheduled events in an outdoor environment and sporting arenas. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
