WE WANT YOU!!! Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon are seeking Crew Members, Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers to join our team at Southlake Mall.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Organized and able to handle food products and receive deliveries
- Excellent Guest Service standards and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Food Handlers Certificate is a Plus, but not required

QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess the following traits: sense of urgency without rushing customers, positive attitude, teachable spirit, and outgoing personality. Must have dependable transportation available and be able to be readily contacted by phone. Must comply with state and federal age restrictions regulations regarding operations of equipment in the store. Currently, we are not hiring under 16 years old due to minimum age required to operate certain equipment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB
Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above ("Scope of Store Operations"); must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours; must be able to test products by taste, color, and smell; must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: Crew Members starting $12.00 per hour, plus tips
Shift Leads starting $14.00 per hour, plus tips
Assistant Managers starting $16.00 per hour, plus tips
