Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking for an experienced Home Care Compliance Coordinator to ensure the compliance of the agency's operations across all departments.

Job Description:

The Compliance Coordinator will investigate, implement as well as oversee weekly and monthly reports that ensure all current and new hire employees are checked against any exclusion. Including that pertinent areas of law and regulation remain current which are required for an efficient and compliant operation across all home care departments.

Job Duties:

• Oversee compliance procedures and roles of CHRC & HCS
• Able to conduct and implement audits to ensure the branches meet DOH requirements
• Gather and review compliance reports to confirm all codes are current and compliant
• Prepare, lead and present annual compliance trainings and education for new hires

Job Requirements:

• Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of home care regulations
• Must be familiar with current DOH, OSHA, and CHRC policy and procedures
• Ability to investigate and resolve weekly & monthly reports
