Home Care Registered Nurse position offering the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health Care organization in Homewood, AL. Home Care Registered Nurses will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies. The ideal Home Health Registered Nurse candidate will have experience with Case Management Starts of Care and Admissions.
- Full Time / 13-Week Contract
- 5-6 home visits per day
The ideal Home Care Registered Nurse will maintain:
- At least 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience
- Must be proficient with OASIS
- Current AL State License
- Current BLS (AHA)
- Valid Drivers License and Insurance
