Position Description

The Home Delivery Technician is responsible for delivery of, and education in the use of, home medical equipment to patients. As a Home Delivery Technician you will:

• Schedule and deliver home medical equipment to patients’ homes
• Demonstrate and explain HME equipment in the patient’s home and obtain appropriate documentation
• Pick up and clean home medical equipment, as needed
• Manage equipment/lot number tracking for oxygen and solutions
• Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents, as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of home medical equipment experience
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
