We're looking for:

Physical Therapists

Occupational Therapists

• Mature individuals with a strong clinical background and solid knowledge of home health & hospice.
• Self-starters who can work independently in the field with a high degree of integrity with little oversight, but the experience to seek direction and demonstrate accountability in reporting to the Director of Clinical Services.
• Resourceful and professional organizational skills to be responsible for making their own schedule,acting with a sense of urgency and dedication to patients,and following through with deadlines and charting.
• Skilled multi-taskers who are strong, yet flexible to adapt to an ever changing census.
• Directionally and technologically savvy people who are passionate about learning, growing, and being a strong representative for the company culture.
• Excellent communication skills to help educate and provide informational and emotional support to all involved parties at different stages of coping and grief.
• Self motivated persons with a go getter, positive attitude who is proactive and analytical about foreseeing opportunity to better patient care.
• Professional team players dedicated to a vibrant and interconnected team.
• Genuine heart to be able to understand people where they are, listen in a sincere fashion and have the natural instinct to assess different verbal and non verbal communication so we can accomplish our collective goal of providing extraordinary, compassionate and comprehensive service through fulfilling patients' needs.

Required materials:

• Pre-employment background check.
• 2 professional references.
• Original documents to be able to complete an I-9 form verifying employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Current Driver License.
• Current Auto Insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current professional license (not needed for office staff).
• Current Michigan state Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (not needed for office staff).
• Current CPR certification (CPR skills needed to have been demonstrated in person).
• Negative Tuberculosis clearance (either skin test or chest x-ray) within the past year.
• Vaccination/immunization records

Required experience:

• Home Health, other experience considered: 1 year

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
