South Davis Home Health and Hospice is accepting applications for a full time home health CNA. Join our team and provide care to patients in their homes. Our unique organization serves many individuals (Salt Lake City to Ogden) and their families each year at our centrally located campus in Bountiful, Utah. We are looking for a FT North (Ogden to Layton) and FT South (Centerville to SLC) CNA to join our team.

Home Health Aide Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Aides are responsible for personal care that promotes the patient's ability to function at the highest possible level in a home environment.
• Home Health and Hospice experience required.
• Current Utah CNA License
• Valid Utah Driver License
• Reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
