Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and coordinating clinical services to assigned clients in accordance with the client’s plan of care.

As an RN, you will:

• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to establish an appropriate patient's plan of care.
• Make visits to the patient to evaluate their current condition and needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to maintain compliance to all applicable regulations and state and federal laws.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Iowa RN license.
• Cannot be barred from participation in federally funded programs, specifically Medicare and Medicaid.
• Have consistent, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a legally licensed vehicle as this job does require travel in and around the Iowa City area and may require visits to Des Moines and Davenport.
• Be eager and willing to have a positive impact in the Iowa City area.
• Be willing to educate patients and their families on the patient's disease process/injury process.
