Job Description:
Masters of Social work required. Candidate familiar with hospice philosophy and comfortable with end of life issues preferred. Experience with Medicare / Medicaid standards and regulations for health care agencies is preferred. Must have reliable transportation; daily travel within a 75 mile radius required. Able to perform social work functions independently in collaboration with professionals from other hospice disciplines.

Licensed by Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers & Marriage and Family Therapists
Demonstrated hospice experience preferred
