Description: University of Rochester Medical Center seeks a highly motivated experienced customer service Call Center Supervisor at Strong Memorial Hospital Communication Center.

Requirements: This person partners with another supervisor to deliver customer service excellence. Our customers are primarily patient families, clinicians and internal department representatives calling for patient information, hospital paging and/or alarm system needs. This position focuses on the customer experience, employee training and development, performance management and troubleshooting technical issues related to paging, telephones and other technical concerns. Previous experience in a Call Center setting is preferred. New York State vaccine mandate applies
