The Hospital Talent Acquisition Manager will work at a 340-bed acute care hospital that values its commitment to excellence in quality and safety and provides patients and the community with quality and safe care. This full-service facility offers a wide array of specialty services including surgical OR, emergency services ER, cardiology, women’s services OB, and orthopedics. This organization is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and has been recognized for its outstanding performance in patient safety.
The Hospital Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for all human resources operations including recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and developing staff. The Hospital Talent Acquisition Manager will assist with driving strategies related to productivity, quality, and customer service. The Hospital Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Director of Human Resources. The Hospital Talent Acquisition Manager is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.
Requirements include:
- Experience working in healthcare management
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively
- PHR or SPHR designation preferred
