Title: Hospital Technology Support Technician

Location: Sebring, FL (Lake Placid)

Contract Duration: 9/29 - 12/6

Pay: $20/hr w/ $500 Bonus

Our client, the largest health system in Florida and one of the largest health systems in the country, is implementing new enterprise-wide software, and needs technology-proficient representatives to assist end users with device configuration ahead of software go live. This engagement will take place in a hospital setting and the ideal candidate will be at a designated kiosk to support hospital employees in device setup and configuration on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Assist hospital employees with personal device setup, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Provide a friendly and warm experience to the hospital employees upon arrival
  • Walk hospital employees through secure sign on authentication processes and other security measures (training will be administered prior)

Requirements

  • Flexible work schedule, as the support kiosk is open from 5:30am to 8:00pm. There will be multiple shifts, including on call, so flexibility is preferred.
  • Technology proficient to be able to troubleshoot basic IT issues
  • Friendly, customer service attitude
  • Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement is offered)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sebring, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • IT support: 1 year (Preferred)
