You will use basic knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. Gaining competence in own area and acquiring a higher level understanding of role, processes and procedures. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 0-2 years of previous software engineering or related experience.
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are Colorado-specific.
Colorado Pay Range: from $24.04 to $45.19 per hour from $50,000 to $94,000 per annum eliglble for equity.

Description
As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will work as a member of the Hospitality Consulting team whose focus is on individual clients and implementing Hospitality solutions purchased by that client. The Technical Consultant will generally be involved in application software modifications, software integrations or writing custom reports or database scripts either at client site or remotely.
The Technical Implementation Consultant is a role that not only implements software applications but also customizes the application integration and database extensibility with other systems that directly brings value to the client. In this developing/learning capacity, you will learn Hospitality software products and implementation approach with later responsibilities for delivering customizations directly to our client. Initially, the incumbent will work alongside a more experienced technical implementation consultant, with gained experience to work independently. The ideal candidate has a background working in the service industry, has great interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
To prepare you for this role, you will complete a multi-week On-Boarding Program focused on honing your business industry aptitude, deepening product knowledge, and growing your mastery of software development and Oracle database features. Upon completion of the program, you will be staffed in a billable or shadow assignment on a customer engagement, where you will continue to develop your expertise in a day-to-day client-facing role.
The Technical Implementation Consultant role is both a challenging and rewarding role that will test your interpersonal skills, ability to quickly master Oracle application technologies, and follow-through on the delivery of a solution. You will be provided the tools, training, coaching, and resources to help you be successful. You will be a member of the consulting team acting as a central hub for delivery on key projects.
