Love working in hospitality & restaurants but tired of not having a healthy balance between work and life? So were we & because of that, we decided to open our own restaurant so we could do things differently. We are looking to change the internal dialogue of what it means to work in hospitality & restaurants specifically. We have been operational employees in restaurants for years and are in the pursuit of finding balance withing our industry. The goal is to create a more sustainable life for those that work in restaurants. We are projecting to open late 2022 in East Nashville. While we are still ironing out all the details of benefits that we intend to provide as an employer, below is a list thus far as well as our mission statement and company values.

- 1% of Sales will be given back to each fulltime employee in the form of a yearly travel stipend – we believe that travel is essential to experience life fully & we want to help in your pursuit

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
