POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for providing superior customer service & fulfillment to all marketing package guests at all touch points. These can include phone calls, emails, SMS, reporting, billing or processing request forms submitted by guests. The position will also be responsible for several administrative support functions including but not limited to what is outlined below.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS (up to five):
- Making sure all booking reports are completed.
- Manual bookings are completed timely and accurately
- Validating Booking details on all booking platforms.
- Fostering and maintaining relationships with internal and external business partners
- Offer inventory booking solutions to internal/external business partners
- Assist management with special projects as necessary. Inclusive of but not limited to room moves, booking audits, data clean up.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; higher education preferred

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of call center industry experience.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be knowledgeable in a range of aspects within timeshare/Hospitality
- Work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on needs.
- Must be proficient in Word and exceptional in Excel programs.
- Must be well organized and able to work under strict time constraints.
- Must be able to work professionally and diligently with all vendors and various hotel groups.
- Must be able to interact with Holiday Inn Club Vacation leadership throughout the company
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, and talk for extended periods of time. Be able to lift 10 lbs.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- The incumbent in this position spends the majority of the time in an air-conditioned office. Incumbent must be flexible to adapt to immediate changing situations and environments based on staff and guests needs. Or in a virtual environment where it is the team members responsibility to ensure reliable internet connection.
- Typical schedule is five days on and two days off - Must be flexible as needed for business operations
