Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, and provide a smooth check-in and check-out process
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and restaurants
• Manage room reservations and ensure accurate billing and payment processing
• Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and available for guests
• Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in hospitality or related field preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs commonly used in the hospitality industry
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $10.50 per hour
