SHIFT:

Full Time: 8pm - 6am | 4 shifts per week

Part Time: 8pm - 6am| 2 shifts per week

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a front office representative during the overnights, you will be the face of the Radisson La Crosse. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Ensuring a delightful, seamless arrival and departure experience

• Closing the financials for the day

• Handling all guest compliments, comments, observations and challenges in a timely manner and effectively achieving full guest satisfaction

• Communicating all guest compliments, comments, observations and complaints to relevant departments and ensuring prompt and proper follow up

• Processing guest charges and payments accurately

• Working with all Front of House colleagues achieving continuous, seamless service

• Encouraging day to day up-selling of guest accommodations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred 6 months - 1 year front/desk accounting experience in a hotel environment

• Must be comfortable multitasking phone, computer and guest inquiries while remaining positive and professional

• Must hold valid drivers license and pass a MVR background check and drug screen

• Solid computer skills

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and a Yes I Can! attitude
