WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We pay a higher rate because we are looking for a thorough housekeeper who is: efficient, coachable, clean, orderly, organized, detail-oriented, and honest with good morals, ethics, and integrity.

We are looking for a dependable, professional, and responsible high-quality housekeeper to clean each rental after a guest checks out in preparation for the next guest arrival.

The successful candidate will complete cleaning duties in guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and kitchens within a structured time frame. Our housekeepers are expected to maintain an immaculate environment interior and exterior of the property at all times and work quickly to ensure our units are perfectly prepared for guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all units to the standard of cleanliness within time limits.
• Be able to commit to an on-call schedule.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms.
• Maintain equipment in good condition.
• Report on any shortages, damages, or security issues.
• Handle reasonable guest complaints/requests and inform others when required.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.
• We have our own in-house training to help you feel confident and comfortable with the enhanced cleaning protocol.

• Professionalism, along with speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the English language
• High school degree
