Position Summary
The primary role of a Mini Bar Attendant is to effectively maintain the guest room mini bars. Their job duties require style and service attributes that are key to creating a positive guest experience.
Pay rate: $19.00 - $22.00 hourly
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service in an efficient manner.
- Communicate all guest requests or charge discrepancies to an appropriate supervisor in a timely and professional manner.
- Use proper etiquette and language in all interactions with guests.
- Efficiently maintain inventory of mini-bar supplies of all guest rooms, occupied and not occupied.
- Accurately record used/missing items from mini-bar and enter this information into the guest phone according to proper procedure for proper billing.
- Ensure mini bars are defrosted, clean and in good state of repair at all times.
- Ensure mini bar product is fresh and has not exceeded its expiration date.
- Maintain proper levels of supplies and order appropriately if necessary according to Room Service Ordering SOP.
- Maintain cleanliness of Mini Bar areas, ensure work area is orderly and properly stocked.
- Adhere to DND (Do Not Disturb) processes and procedures.
- Maintain appearance and uniform standards.
- Develop and maintain positive communication and teamwork with all co-workers and supervisors.
- Handle all guest service issues in an immediate and professional manner.
- Follow all policies and procedures put forth by the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
