JOB DESCRIPTION:

Basin Disposal Inc, located in Pasco, Washington is looking for a dynamic, Part-time, HR Assistant-Recruiter to join their HR Team. The individual will work Monday through Friday, 11am-4pm. This position and their duties and functions will be defined under the HR Directors supervision.

Major Job Duties/Functions:

Manages the recruitment and staffing process. Screens applications, oversees the preparation of interview process, start dates, and new employee orientation

Maintains accurate records of active job openings, advertising processes, received applications and manages internal and external job postings

Conduct strategic recruitment activities including job fairs, conferences, on-campus and other special events

Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, training, refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff and management

Create and extend offer letters and walk candidates through background process, uses the on-boarding tools such as backgrounds, drug screens, reference checks

Uses off-boarding tools such as exit interviews, creates, maintain and manage Position Agreements and/or Job Descriptions

Provide administrative support for managers in performance management procedures

Coordinate and maintain the Affirmative Action Plan

Kits Create and maintain Kits per position and work group

Manage company bulletin boards and poster compliance

Experience:

• 3+ years of Recruiting experience
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Paycom preferred
• Human Resources or Business-related degree preferred
• Work well under pressure
• Highly organized with outstanding communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Teams

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00- $27.35
