Human Resources Business Intelligence (HRBI) Analyst

The Job: In this position, you will maintain an integral role in the relationship between HCM Center of Excellence and field HR by understanding and interpreting HR business data needs, translating those needs into technical specifications/requirements, and developing directly or referring to respective tech reporting team. Key responsibilities include regular and ad hoc report creation/writing and distribution, regular and ad hoc data analysis and regular and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders (HR, IT), varying staff levels (VPs, managers, other staff), and other key personnel (e.g., Enterprise BI team and Application Management Services).
Must Haves: High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years' experience with HRBI tools, report development, and dashboard design; knowledge of SQL; knowledge of or ability to learn Oracle HCM and Enterprise BI
Plusses: HR or related experience; HRIS/HRMS/HCM software experience

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- BI tools, report development, and dashboard design: 3 years (Required)

- HRIS/HRMS/HCM: 1 year (Preferred)
