Job Summary:
Under general direction, Candidate will assist the HR Generalist with Daily Administrative Tasks. Candidate’s Work Schedule can be coordinated for what works best for the Candidate; however, Mondays are Mandatory. ‘6’ hours/day; 3x/week. This is a 3 month contract which will be re-evaluated to determine if this role will continue to be Part-Time; Hybrid or if contract will end. Business casual dress is required.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare the Weekly Payroll – Collect Reports from Salary Employees
- Verify leave requests have been submitted and approved
- Notify Agency of Hours for Temp. Employees
- Assist with Recruitment – Collect Resumes; Schedule Interviews; Follow-up with Candidates regarding updates and Status
- Document Instructional SOP’s
- Scan HR Documents in Employee’s Files
- Audit and Review Employee’s Files as necessary
- Monthly Bill Reconciliation
- Assist with various Employee concerns and/or HR related inquiries
- Proficient with Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Typing
- Professional communication and writing skills
- Graduation from an accredited high school GED Program
- Prefer 1-2 Recruiting experience
