The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:
The HR Partner, Finance (individual contributor) will provide HR leadership, partnership, and counsel for assigned client groups within the Raytheon Technologies Corporate Finance organization. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will partner and collaborate with the function's HR and business leaders to understand the business strategies and objectives while applying HR solutions in a proactive manner, consistent with the RTX vision and mission. The ability to execute project deliverables, exercise sound judgment and work collaboratively on multiple projects is critical in this role. The successful candidate should demonstrate an understanding of how HR can support business growth and performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide HR leadership across a multitude of critical processes including retention, performance management, engagement, learning & development, employee relations, recruiting, and onboarding
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters, serving as an employee advocate and as a coach to employees and leaders.
- Provide sound insight and transparent guidance to senior leaders, ensuring compliance with critical policies, regulations, statutes and the RTX Code of Ethics
- Build a network of key partners across the function in areas such as Total Rewards, Talent, Workforce Intelligence & Employee & Labor Relations
- Explore opportunities to define and improve employee well-being and engagement strategies
- Participate monthly in DE&I Finance committee meetings
- Support/train leaders in assigned client groups on employee transactions such as job changes, terminations, and supervisor moves.
- Bi-annually manage the Pulse survey process, including communications to leaders and employees, analyzing results for key insights and trends and coaching leaders.
- Lead change management initiatives to modernize, standardize and drive efficiency into all existing HR processes
- On a monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc basis, utilize Workday reports and Qlik to update a variety of data dashboards.
- Prepare and organize executive talent moves, req packs, and ‘white glove’ onboarding experience for executive leaders in liaison with the corporate executive program office
- Travel as necessary to attend internal meetings, network, and fully engage with employees and leaders within the assigned client group
- Deliver people-focused, innovative, and connected solutions built to optimize the RTX employee experience – work, grow, belong
Required Qualifications:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Prior HR Partner experience
- Ability to translate business strategy to people strategy
- Ability to make decisions based on facts, data, and experience
- Must be willing to travel up to 10%.
- Must be a US Citizen/ US Person 'Green Card' holder.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an HR Partner supporting a large corporation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Proven positive leadership capability in complex organizations
- Creative, resourceful and resilient with a heightened and self-imposed sense of urgency
- Motivated self-starter with a strong enthusiasm to learn and passion for speed and agility
- Results-oriented with excellent communication and customer focus

The salary range for this role is $89,000.00 to $189,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
