WHAT YOU’LL DO

As one of our Recruiters, you will be responsible for all facets of recruiting and internal opportunities. You will find us the best candidates to join our amazing teams and incredible company. You will partner with hiring managers and various stakeholders to understand the vision of the ideal candidate. As a member of the People Team, you will be an ambassador of our culture and help build on the Team Member experience from the start. Additional duties will be the development of local and national recruiting plans, traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas, supportive branding, and assist with strategic workforce planning.

OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consults with the Director of Human Resources on recruiting priorities for the corporation
  • Create and update job descriptions and job postings
  • Posts available positions on relevant career and industry specific sites
  • Contacts potential hires about open positions. Creates short list of potential hires.
  • Schedules interview appointments and conducts interviews with candidates
  • Explains requirements, duties, and responsibilities of open positions. Explains the benefits and compensation of the position.
  • Conducts negotiations regarding compensation with desired candidates
  • Researches candidate’s companies and potential competitive offers
  • Tracks resumes and people contacted
  • Draws up detailed interview reports with analyses
  • Maintain candidate interest with position status update
  • Presents information to appropriate parties for review
  • Assists in final interview and hiring process
  • Provides advice on ways to improve recruiting procedures
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
  • Performs others duties and responsibilities, as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING

  • An Associate’s Degree or higher in marketing or human resources related education and/or 3 years of experience in recruiting
  • Experience recruiting for Manufacturing Roles strongly preferred
  • An enthusiastic attitude and self-starter mentality
  • Able to work independently while keeping appropriate parties informed
  • Communicates clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Is capable of establishing and nurturing long standing relationships with industry professionals
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Likes to have fun while keeping the business flowing
  • Possesses current knowledge of best recruiting strategies and proficiency in use of career websites
  • Maintains professional but outgoing and confident demeanor
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possesses strong persuasive negotiation skills
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills
  • Possesses solid analytical-thinking abilities
