Job Title: HRIS Coordinator
Location: Greenville, SC (on-site role)
Job Type: Full-time, Non-exempt
Job Summary:
This role serves as the face of Lima One Capital’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS), by driving efficiencies to ensure we are utilizing the system to its fullest potential. The HRIS Coordinator will assist with the onboarding experience, processing of payroll, and providing valuable support to the Lima One employees and Human Resources team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 1+ year(s) of experience with an HRIS, HRMS, or HCM (Paycor preferred)
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology and system administration
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inputs data into the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) including, but not limited to, compensation, payroll, and benefits.
- Pays employees by collecting, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system.
- Ensures W-2s are generated correctly by quarterly auditing.
- Works with States to ensure accounts are properly set up for applicable payroll state tax filings.
- Assists in maintaining HR programs including employee policies, overall procedures, engagement initiatives, and other employee-related matters.
- Supports API and EDI connections with vendors to ensure errors are corrected properly and timely.
- Participates in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS upgrades to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Assures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws as well as regulations from other applicable agencies.
- Responsible for report generation, maintenance, and distribution.
- Manages data requests, defining requirements, analyzing business needs, and delivering information to drive effective decision making throughout the organization.
- Verifies accuracy of data through audits and query generation.
- Helps troubleshoot Paycor system issues and helps in providing effective solutions.
- Serves as a primary point of contact to answer general HRIS inquiries and respond to questions or concerns timely and accurately.
- Supports the development of user procedures, guidelines, and policies, and documents the process and its results.
