This posting will be used for 30 days to conduct ongoing recruitment and will remain open until the position and/or positions have been filled.
Why does the job exist?
To administer and monitor Human Resource operations such as Workers Compensation, Benefit and Payroll functions.
How does it get done?
Assist employees with Leave of Absence requests (LOA), review Family Medical Leave documentation for accuracy and completeness. Submit Workers Compensation documentation to Claims adjuster. Communicate with third-party vendor and employees regarding benefit eligibility. Process weekly payroll audits within deadlines.
Who are the customers?
NMBHI staff including management/HR current/Former and potential employees as well as other State Agency personnel.
Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidate have:
Experience in Human Resource operations;
Experience with Workers Compensation;
Experience in Share;
Experience in customer service.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any field and preferred experience in human resource operations; recruitment, selection, payroll, compensation and benefits administration, labor relations, investigations, HR related training experience and/or occupational analysis. Substitutions apply.

Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License.
Working Conditions
