The human resources administrator is a vital role at Stoner&Co. The human resources administrator reports directly to the operations manager, and is responsible for aspects of policy and people management throughout the organization. Human resources administrators assist with all routine functions of the human resources department, including ensuring legal compliance, overseeing recruitment efforts, managing schedules, and overseeing benefits.

The job duties for a human resources administrator are detailed below. This list is not exhaustive, but does provide the primary responsibilities of a human resources administrator:

❖ Manage the talent acquisition process, including the recruitment, scheduling interviews, calling candidate references, and collaborating with department leaders to understand skills and competencies for open positions

❖ Facilitate employee onboarding, including required trainings, paperwork, and schedule implementation

❖ Regularly review workflow by department and maintain departmental schedules based on department need and workflow

❖ Assist all department managers with the call-out process, including coaching employees on proper procedure, maintaining accurate schedules that reflect employee absences, and tracking the time

❖ Maintain an open line of communication between department managers and upper management about employee absences, plans for coverage, and any required documentation for overuse of employee absences

❖ Manage the distribution of employee probationary and annual review paperwork and assist with all review tracking and required documentation for employee reviews

❖ Manage the distribution and tracking of health insurance paperwork for qualified employees

❖ Complete monthly Hot Box drawings for all departments, verify all prizes are claimed in a timely manner, and notify the chief culture officer

❖ Manage and track RIC and IIC expiration dates, including completing audits, reaching out to employees with expiring cards, picking up money orders, and submitting applications to the MMMP program via USPS when they are due

❖ Under the direction of the chief culture officer, in coordination with departmental leaders, create learning and development programs and initiatives that promote internal growth and retains top talent

❖ Communicate upcoming birthdays to managers each week, including reminders to share birthday announcements in Slack

❖ Assist the operations team with any delegated tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
