Role: HR Readiness Consultant
Location: In person (Beaverton, OR)
Contract: 12+ months W2
Description:
- Build strong relationships with key collaborators throughout Human Resources as assigned, understand their communication requirements, and provide them with strategic advice and counsel.
- Work across the business to elevate the purpose and role of strategic employee communications and engagement across the organization, building strong partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute positively to a team culture of trust, engagement and development where ideas are heard and everyone is included.
- Assist with the creation of Readiness training content. Creates structured templates for training and job aids.
- Creates dashboard and PPT templates for consistent look and feel across all communication products.
- Provide input on key employee-facing initiatives.
- Understand business and employee needs and help develop the right templates, tools and channel strategy to support engagement, awareness and collaboration at all levels.
Duties:
Transition Management:
- Use TM principles and methodology across small/medium initiatives.
Training and Awareness Building:
- Develop training materials to support Change and Transition and act as content provider for training materials related to transition management.
Communication:
- Develop the TM communication materials for specific initiatives, Compose and distribute timely communication.
- Align on best practices with other Transition Managers and stay abreast of external best practices through active participation in Global TM network, forums, etc Act as an internal consultant on transition management strategy/deliverables for small/medium change initiatives.
Skills:
- 2 years specific experience working with Change & Transition Management theory and methodologies in regional and country project delivery.
Office:
- Beaverton, Oregon – Client World Headquarters.
