Job Purpose:
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in various administrative duties for the Human Resources team. This position will primarily support payroll, benefits, and recruiting, as well as minor assistance to the HR Business Partners and HR-Related Projects. The ideal candidate will have a either a bachelor’s degree and a desire to make a career out of HR, or some general experience in HR.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform and assist with weekly and bi-weekly payroll
- Own the benefits administrative requirements
- Assist with internal reporting and data providing
- Ensure all required documentation is completed by new employee prior to first day of employment
- Maintains all employee files, paper and electronic.
- Responsible for data entry, filing, scanning, and uploading into HCM
- Maintains human resources information system records
- Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- Provide HR support to employees as needed
- Assists HRBPs and HR Management with all administrative tasks as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Bachelor’s degree required, or 3+ year’s experience in Human Resources in substitution for a bachelor’s degree
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to learn
