Care Finders Total Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to assist with recruiting and employee engagement efforts. You will report to the local Branch Manager.You will...
- Assist in full-cycle recruiting efforts, including analyzing recruitment trends, posting jobs, promoting career fairs, screening and interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and monitoring candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Conduct caregiver orientation and oversee onboarding efforts
- Assist with annual benefits and open enrollment
- Be an employee advocate
- Support employee relations in partnership with Corporate Human Resources, including training, performance management, and conducting exit interviews
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of Human Resources (HR) experience
- Healthcare experience
- Bilingual in English & Spanish Required
