Position Summary: Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model that provides holistic care for medically vulnerable adults achieving extraordinary outcomes for the people we serve. This care is provided to adults who reside in skilled nursing, assisted living facilities and private residences through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical and Administrative Support Staff.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8 hour dayshift
We're seeking a talented HR Coordinator to join our team in the Charlotte, NC.
As a HR Coordinator for Eventus WholeHealth, you will have the opportunity to tap into your creativity, collaborate across teams and learn in a fast-paced and growing environment.
This role assists with the onboarding and offboarding process and recruitment coordination while providing administrative support for the HR team. In addition, you'll be welcoming new employees in the organization and maintaining accurate, up to date HR documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct pre-hire activities including, prepare and send offer letters, background checks, drug screens, and I-9 verifications
  • Facilitate onboarding and welcoming new employees to the organization. Coordinate and set-up new hire orientation, prepare new-hire binders and complete hiring process in HRIS while ensuring a seamless introduction to Eventus WholeHealth
  • Initiate the separation process by coordinating with internal departments to facilitate exit processes and providing separation materials to departing employees
  • Assist with pre-screening candidates and setting up interview schedules
  • Review and respond to HR inquiries sent to the HR inbox. Resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain employee records within the HRIS ensuring accuracy and timely maintenance of information. Update employee information, policies, accesses, etc.
  • Maintain company new section of HRIS, developing and publishing relative information to the Company
  • Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers; assist with resolving benefit issues
  • Manage employee training records and assist with training delivery and training needs
  • Assist HR team with annual project (e.g., open enrollment, 401K, performance reviews, etc.)
  • Assist with administering the recognition program and service award program
  • Assist with the administrative process for leave of absence transactions
  • Assist and collaborate with payroll
  • Develop HR templates and documents to help educate staff on HR best practices and internal processes
  • Run various ad-hoc and reoccurring employee reports
  • Gather data to assist payroll with responding to unemployment claims
  • Assist payroll with information and response to employment verifications
  • Digitize all paper employee files
  • Provide general HR administrative support
EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
  • Associates Degree required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related preferred
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years of HR Administrative experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience using an HRIS and applicant tracking system
  • Excellent PC skills required, particularly excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to handle and protect confidential information required
  • Ability to build rapport, and establish good working relationships across the Company
  • Must product work products that are neat and professionally written
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Exceptional agility with the ability to adjust to ongoing changes and process improvement efforts
