Job description

Position Summary: Provide management, administrative/professional, clerical, technical and temporary employees with solutions on all facets of HR including: compensation, employee relations, employment, payroll and time-off tracking, performance communication and learning and development. Perform full-cycle recruiting duties for vacant positions as assigned. Perform job analysis and create/modify position descriptions to be submitted for formal evaluation. Advise employees and managers on human resources policies, laws and guidelines. Participate in planning and facilitating learning and development workshops. Participate in completing departmental special projects as assigned. Oversee HR data entry and reporting. Qualifications: Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related field

Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Required Experience:
5+ years of progressively higher experience in human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, etc.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent organizational, interviewing, problem solving and customer service skills. Knowledge of basic human resources concepts, practices, legislation, and procedures. Excellent organizational, problem solving and computer/technical skills. Ability to interpret and effectively communicate policies and procedures to a diverse employee population and to supervise work processes and staff. Ability to supervise staff. Proficiency with spreadsheet applications and strong knowledge of database applications.
Additional Information: In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $58,500.00 to USD $100,000.00.
