The Opportunity
- Reporting to the Manager, People Team, you will promote and advocate for the team member experience at all stages of the team member lifecycle, bringing focus and a commitment to excellence. Coordinating between the business and People function, you will be an important interface in ensuring the delivery of People services and plans.
- The position is onsite at our Florence, SC office

Your Impact
- Champion and advocate for the team member experience at all stages of the team member lifecycle, bringing focus corporate efficiency.
- Liaison between the business and HR department
- Ensure the effective delivery of People services and projects.
- Partner with HRBPs and Managers and COEs in the delivery of HR projects solutions
- Provide a real-world perspective to any initiatives and execution of them.

What You Bring
- 2+ years experience using HR principles to inform and engage work communities
- 1+ years experience using HR data to inform deliverables
- Experience using HR knowledge to coach and consult in an Warehouse/Fulfillment center environment
- Experience managing conflicting and concurrent tasks
- Experience guiding agreement from company partners who are affected by HR activities
- Engage with leaders and company partners across business groups and QRG locations to obtain thoughtful understanding of QRG's business processes, applications, policies and other practices as they relate to HR.
- Experience providing verbal and written information for data privacy policies internally and externally with the goal of informing, educating, and advocating for good HR practices
