APA (Air Professional Associates) currently has an HVAC Parts Administrator position available. The Parts Admin oversees the managing of our HVAC companies’ inventory to meet demand for parts in the field and in the warehouse!

Type: Full time permanent position M-F 0800-4:30PM

Pay: $20-$24 Per hour DOE + Benefits

Location: North Salem, NY

Responsibilities:

· Pricing, ordering, and stocking parts.

· Monitoring and forecasting levels of demand.

· Maintaining inventory of all parts.

· Creating Purchase Orders.

· Distributing parts to installation, service, and repair technicians.

· Driving / Delivering parts to job sites.

· Restocking Trucks with Parts, Both for day-to-day job requirements and specific projects such as system installations.

· Building and maintaining good relationships with our vendors and suppliers

· Provide exceptional service to internal applicants and external customers.

Requirements:

· Valid Drivers license and Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).

· Ability to Pass Background Check.

· Ability to Pass drug screen.

· Previous experience in counter sales / Construction / preferred.
